Purpose of Processing

The collected data is used solely to allow potential clients to contact me and to respond to messages sent via the contact form. The information is not used for commercial or marketing purposes.

Processing is based on the user’s consent and the legitimate interest of responding to a contact request.

Data Recipients

Data is transmitted via the Mailtrap service and received in a professional Gmail inbox: <strong>agnes.csatari.office@gmail.com</strong>. Data is stored only in this email inbox. It is neither sold, shared, nor transferred to third parties.

Data Retention

Messages are retained for a maximum period of 12 months after the last contact, and then deleted.

Security

Data is accessible only by me and protected by the standard security measures provided by Gmail.

User Rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your personal data.

Data Deletion Request

To request the deletion of your personal data submitted via the contact form, please send an email to: <strong>agnes.csatari.office@gmail.com</strong>. Your request will be processed within a maximum of 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL).
